This is the Master List for the August 2018 Reiki Blog Hop!

For the August Reiki Blog Hop I proposed that each blogger write out instructions for how to do whatever basic meditation or first meditation they teach in classes or first learned to do. What a great opportunity to learn several different meditations! I suggested that alternately or in addition, our participating hoppers could share their experiences with learning to meditate. And for those who don’t use meditation in their practice, it would be interesting to hear about why they don’t use it/ recommend it/ or consider it to be part of a Reiki practice. No matter how each Reiki practitioner approaches this, I think it will be fascinating to learn different techniques and philosophies. Hop around the circle to learn all the meditations!
