Welcome to my fabulous location in Olde Burien! Visit my large, breezy office with lots of sunlight set right in the thick of things in Olde Burien.

You can find me at 929 SW 152nd Street, Unit A (upstairs), Burien, WA 98166. 

How to find me: I’m on the second floor of the red building on the corner of 10th Avenue SW and SW 152nd Street.

As you’re facing the front of the building, note the stairs on the right side. Go up those and through the door that has my picture on it. Then I’m the first office on the left, Unit A.

Restaurants, pizza, wine, gelato, cookies, gift shops, consignment shops, a bookstore and the yarn store are all a block or so away! So come for a reading but stay close to explore all the offerings.

Free parking is available on the street. The perpendicular spots on 10th Avenue by the church are a good place to try. 

Can’t do stairs? Contact me with as much advance notice as possible (at least 24 hours, thank you!) and I’ll arrange an accessible location for our session.

In Person Session. You are welcome to record your session using any type of recorder, such as the voice recorder on your phone. This is the most efficient way for most clients to get their recording.

If you’d like me to record the session, I am happy to do so and will upload the file to Google Drive and send you the link afterwards. Please remind me if you would like this service!

Zoom Sessions. Zoom automatically records the sessions, and I’ll upload the file to Google Drive and share the link to it after our session. Please feel free to double check with me that the recording is going.

Recordings Not Guaranteed. It’s unusual for something to go wrong, but unfortunately I can’t guarantee a recording.

It’s very easy to change or cancel your appointment! Although I appreciate as much advance notice as possible, you can make changes or cancellations yourself with as little as twelve hours’ notice. 

How to Change or Cancel Your Appointment: On your confirmation email or your reminder email, you will find toward the bottom three teal buttons. The top one says, “Change/Cancel Appointment.” Click that, then choose either the “Cancel” or “Reschedule” button and follow the instructions. Very easy!

Getting Your Refund for a Cancelled Appointment: Cancelling the appointment removes it from my schedule automatically, but I have to manually refund your payment. I do this as soon as I see it, which is almost always within an hour or two, but sometimes takes longer. Then it’s up to the payment processor to refund the payment to you, and up to your bank or credit card company to process the refund. That can take 2-7 days typically. 

Tips and Tricks for Rescheduling an Appointment: Rescheduling the appointment changes it to a different date or time. The appointment remains on my calendar and I don’t refund the payment. If you know for certain you’ll be using the appointment, but need to change the date or time, rescheduling is your best option. What if you need to change it, but don’t know when you’ll be available? My suggestion is to change it to a month ahead, then change it again when you know your schedule better. 

Please carefully consider whether you need to cancel or reschedule. If you know you want the appointment, but don’t know when, please reschedule. This saves you from having to pay for a new appointment, perhaps even when the refund for the previous one hasn’t processed yet!
