Pry open the powerful jaws of fearsome joy and release the roar of inspired individuality. There is no hesitation,

Only Transformation Into Light

In this all-day workshop, we’ll use astrology, tarot, and spiritual practices to free your buoyant brightness so you can bring your creative light to life.

Course Description

On a rocky outcrop overlooking a blue-green sea, the enchantress Circe crouches over an incense burner, her arm outstretched in a magical gesture. The incense mingles with the clouds above and wispy, ghost like human figures come into being. Behind her four lions pace and growl impatiently. Painting by Frederick Stuart Church, 1910.

You are the most YOU when you’re creating. But doubt and fear discourage you and steal your radiance. How can you find your way through disheartening darkness?

The tarot’s Strength card is associated with the astrological fifth house of creativity. In this all-day workshop, we’ll use astrology, tarot, and simple spiritual practices to power up the wattage of our imagination and originality.

Although this workshop is designed with artists, makers, and creatives in mind, the work is applicable to anyone who needs more prolific productivity and eureka euphoria.

Personalized for You

Valentine Lion In Love by Frederick Stuart Church, 1885. New York Public Library Digital Collections.

All the exercises are completely personalized for you, based on your astrological chart.

First, we’ll examine the fifth house in our chart, the house that governs creativity, joy, and pleasure. We’ll use this astral signature to develop our personalized creative profile. This clarifies your innate creative expression.

Next, we’ll consider what creative goals we each have and learn what planet best supports that objective. We’ll find that planet in our chart and see how it relates to our creative profile. As a result, we can identify how to focus our efforts to achieve success.

We’ll take time to:

  • consider what cosmic influences might be holding us back from fully and easily realizing our ability to create.
  • explore why creativity so often seems incompatible with our necessary work and career goals.
  • recognize what planetary allies best support us creatively.

Connected to Spirit

Specialized tarot spreads help us visualize what we’ve learned, then center and expand our understanding with intuitive insight.

We’ll use my signature Empyrean Key tarot-based process to crystallize the work we’ve done into a symbol that we can use playfully or prayerfully to dial up our creativity whenever we like.

Then, to help us best maintain our creative connection, we’ll learn both down-to-earth tricks and spiritual practices to call forth our creativity at will.

In conclusion, we’ll perform a simple ceremony that invites the unending flow of Spirit to perpetually connect us with our unique creative strength.

Is This for You?

Only Transformation Into Light is for people who want more creativity, joy, and pleasure in their life. They have or want to discover their creative and imaginative interests, but find that too often they are blocked, don’t have time, or find that other priorities are squeezing out their creative goals.

This process works best for creative types who love to explore stories, metaphors, and symbols.

Although this workshop is for those who have at least a little bit of familiarity with their astrological chart and the tarot, the intuitive approach we’ll use makes this workshop accessible to imaginative newbies.
