I make these drawstring pouches to hold tarot decks. They are also great for runes or any small magical items. Alternately, they would make a unique evening bag.
These bags are made of a linen or raw silk shell lined with a cotton batik. I have a variety of colors to choose from; the pictures show just some of those available.
The
bags are decorated with cutwork appliqué and are my original design. The
appliqué designs include a number of spiritual geometric shapes. The pictures
show a Wiccan pentacle, a symbol of putting the worldly
forces under the leadership of the higher power of spirit; the Druid Awen symbol,
which means inspiration; a rose pattern, a symbol of love and transformation; and
the
spiral, an ancient symbol of the mystery of life.
I can also do custom designs, of your making or
mine, in cutwork or regular appliqué; please email me for custom pricing.
